We pack orders carefully and ship to serviceable locations in India through available courier partners. Final delivery speed depends on destination, courier capacity and customer availability.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed after successful payment confirmation. Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. During launches, sales, holidays or courier disruption, processing may take longer.
Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery is generally 3-8 business days after dispatch for most serviceable locations. Remote areas, high-demand periods, address issues, weather or force majeure events may affect timelines.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Offers such as free shipping may be limited by order value, product, campaign or delivery location.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the courier partner. Tracking can take a short time to become active after pickup.
Customer responsibility
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect details, unavailable recipients or refused delivery may affect re-shipping or refund decisions.
Damaged delivery
If the package appears damaged at delivery, take photos before opening where possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos so we can review and help.
