Cancellation Policy
Cancel early before dispatch begins.
We try to process orders quickly, so cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible after placing the order.

Before dispatch
You may request cancellation before the order is packed, dispatched or handed to a courier. Contact us with your order number through WhatsApp or email.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may still contact us, and we will guide you based on courier status and return eligibility.
Steeva-initiated cancellation
We may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, incorrect pricing, incomplete address, unsupported PIN code, suspected fraud or operational reasons.
Refund for cancelled orders
If payment has been captured for an approved cancellation, refund will be initiated to the original payment method or another agreed method. Payment provider timelines may vary.
