Fair returns for genuine product issues.
We want customers to receive the correct Steeva product in good condition. This policy explains when returns, replacements or refunds may apply.

Report window
For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share the order number, package photos, product photos and a short description of the issue.
Unused returns
For eligible non-damaged returns, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused, unwashed, complete, and returned with original packaging, accessories and invoice where available.
What may not be accepted
Returns may be declined for used products, missing parts, customer-caused damage, hygiene concerns, altered packaging, late requests or products purchased from channels other than steeva.in.
Replacement or refund
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair support, store resolution or refund depending on product condition, stock availability and applicable law.
Return shipping
If the issue is confirmed as damaged, defective or incorrect delivery, Steeva will guide the pickup or return process. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method or another agreed method. Bank, card, wallet or payment gateway timelines may vary after the refund is initiated.

- Share clear photos or video showing the issue.
- Wait for confirmation before shipping anything back.
